Dear Congressman Filner:
Our Family has lived in San Diego for over 60 yrs and I need to remind you that you are an elected Representative of California’s 51st District. You took an oath to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
I represent our family. Six of us, who are of voting age and live in the 51st District, are extremely concerned about the over-reaching power grab ensnared within H.R.3962 - Affordable Health Care for America Act. If you vote in favor of it I can only conclude one of two possibilities. You are either blindly obedient to Speaker Pelosi’s controlling arm of power or you have been seduced by the promise of power and control. You delude yourself in thinking you are fixing the problem with Health Insurance coverage but in reality you are making it worse.
Please vote against H.R.3962 - Affordable Health Care for America Act. This Bill will do very little to resolve the Health Insurance and Health Care problems. Sadly it will create even more availability problems, bureaucracies and financial burdens than currently exist. Regular Americans like our family will be unfairly burdened with more dollars chasing less services. We DO NOT support this Bill! We are not blind! We see the intrusion of Government and loss of personal freedom that will result from this Plan. The thought of government regulating a vending machine is so incomprehensible. What fragment of our lives won’t this Bill ultimately affect in a very negative way. Our Republic will not survive this assault! Stop, Step Back, Use some Common Sence! There needs to be changes to the Heath Care Industry but this is the wrong path!
